The just-opened Marina 1 at Al Zorah in Ajman, UAE offers visitors a new lifestyle and leisure venue with 15 new restaurants including La Villa, AquaBrown Coffee and a floating restaurant called Marsa Ajman. Beyond dining, there’s an outdoor wellness and fitness centre, and a 37m luxury yacht available for private charter.
A 1,800sqm multipurpose facility allows guests to host and cater exhibitions, weddings and concerts. An 18-hole Nicklaus Design championship golf course is also on its way.
Located just 15 minutes away from City Centre Ajman, Marina 1 is accessible by road, abra, boat or seaplane – the latter option, recently launched by Seawings Dubai, providing customers with a unique aerial sightseeing excursion to boot.
Residents have been enjoying the new Dh100 million waterfront development in Ajman, – and have been full of praise for it.
The development, running to 1.5 kilometres, will include walking and running tracks, restaurants and children’s play areas when completed.
Ayman Mahmoud said the new beach was within walking distance for most people from low-income areas and was ideal for families.
“This beach is very beautiful and the sky-blue colours of its amenities and tiles are so fitting,” Mr Mahmoud said.
