It’s on for two more weeks and you better hurry. We’re talking about BurJuman’s Space Adventure, which will take Dubai’s youngest astronauts on a journey to the stars from 2pm until 10pm daily.
At the intergalactic adventure, little travellers will orbit around the stars and planet, moonwalk through a 3D space tunnel and more. Cool kids will experience what it’s like to be weightless on the trampoline at the no-gravity zone (upside down, yes), after which they can take up the laser challenge. There’s also plenty of room for creativity at the Space Lab.
The best part is, apart from the showcase being free for kids aged four to 12, there are plenty of photo opportunities so social media-loving kiddies can get snapping and share the fun with all their friends – how exciting.
“Last year’s launch of the UAE’s National Space Programme has firmly put the development of science and technology at the heart of the government’s agenda. In acknowledgement of this initiative, we wanted to provide our own platform to inspire and encourage young people to want to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their country,” says BurJuman management.
“Through our Space Adventure activation, we hope to introduce children of all ages in a fun and interactive way to the marvels of space exploration.”
Now we can finally have all of those space questions we had answered.
Free (kids ages four to 12). Until Apr 20, daily from 2pm-10pm. Khalid Bin Al Walid Road,
