The 22nd edition of Dubai Summer Surprises is officially in full swing with plenty of things happening all over the city for families including Dubai Marina Mall’s indoor beach party and the fun-packed Modhesh World.
And now you can add Dubai Festival City Mall to your things-to-do list as until Saturday August 3 the mall is offering up “exceptional experiences” for shopping fanatics and families alike.
The kiddies can enjoy the Kids Rock Festival with daily stage shows, themed workshops, book reading sessions, meet-and-greets with surprise guests and much more.
For the first half of the festival the theme will be based on the popular animated children’s TV series, PJ Masks, and the second half will be themed around Angry Birds 2.
While the kids are being thoroughly entertained, mums and dads – get your shopping in. If you spend Dhs300 in any of the outlets you’ll be entered into a weekly draw. Prizes up for grabs are a Dhs10,000 gift card and a Lexus GX 2019, and if you spend over Dhs1,500 you’ll also receive a voucher from Rivoli worth Dhs300.
Throughout the festival there’s going to be loads of different musical acts roaming around the mall so even if you’re there just for a cuppa you’re guaranteed to be entertained with stomp musical shows, stilt bands and even a live orchestra.
Keep your Fridays free and head down between 4pm and midnight for a special indoor pop-up of the popular Ripe Market.
