In an effort to enhance channels of convergence and communication between different regions, tactical teams and special forces from around the world are invited to participate. The Challenge for the Tactical Teams encourages friendly competition as a method to develop personal skills and to exchange best practices with global peers.

This five-day event sees five strategic competitions featuring tactical, physical and mental obstacles that employ modern weapons and tools. The top three centres will receive awards for their performance, in a method to motivate participating teams.
