Paperworld Middle East is the region’s largest exhibition for stationery, office and school supplies. It brings together international exhibitors and their product breakthroughs under one roof. A relatively new segment of the tradeshow is Corporate Gifts, which features a wide selection of handcrafted and luxury items, as well as promotional giveaways.

The previous edition of Paperworld Middle East received a remarkable turnout with over 7,179 trade visitors from 90 countries. They received the opportunity to interact with 307 exhibitors from 42 countries. The highlights of the show included The Green Room and Wrapstar, which is the region’s only gift-wrapping competition. Also available, were free seminars covering various topics regarding the market and the industry’s future.

A significant part of Paperworld, is Playworld Village, which is a showcase of all innovations in the toy, games and art supply industries. In the UAE alone, the average household spends $560 on toys, which is higher than leading markets such as the UK, Japan and the US. This statistic further reinforces the significance of Playworld Village for the region.
