The Dubai-based developer has unveiled Arabian Ranches III, a brand-new townhouse neighbourhood with its own winding lazy river for residents to cruise along. Talk about leisure.

Good news if you’re a cyclist, as the neighbourhood will also have a direct connection the 86-kilometre long Al Qudra Cycling Track.
As for places to live, Arabian Ranches III will feature three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
