It’s located right next to Arabian Ranches, and will include a central park spanning an area of over 30,000 square metres, a 4 km long boulevard and many play areas for kids.
Residents can expect adventure zones, parkour course, skate park, barbeque areas, gymnasium, jogging tracks and a cricket pitch, along with many other facilities in the park.
Good news if you’re a cyclist, as the neighbourhood will also have a direct connection the 86-kilometre long Al Qudra Cycling Track.
As for places to live, Arabian Ranches III will feature three- and four-bedroom townhouses.
Arabian Ranches III was designed to promote a “healthy and happy lifestyle” for all residents and families living there.
