The UAE made a major announcement regarding holidays for 2019-20, news agency WAM reported on Tuesday.
The UAE Cabinet approved public holidays for the public sector for the years 2019-2020, and granted the private sector an equal number of holidays.
The decree aims at achieving a balance between the two sectors thereby further supporting the national economy.
